Asteroid Vesta flying past Open Cluster M35

32 subs, 10 dark, 10 bias, each at ISO 1600, 1.3 sec, f/5.6, 300mm

  1. I use a spectrum of reflected moonlight from Vesta for determining solar chemical composition and then normalizing exoplanet host stars to this (the [C/H], [O/H], [Ni/H], etc. notation). :)
